Insulated Sectional Steel Doors Thermospan®
Model 200-20
Thermospan® Model 200-20 is the ideal commercial sectional door for energy-conscious architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners. With a U-value* of .057 and R-value* of 17.5, this door outperforms most conventional insulated steel doors.
The Wayne Dalton Thermospan® Series doors are the only sectional doors in the industry with patented, roll-formed integral struts on each section, making them the most rigid doors available. The Thermospan® Series also has a patented manufacturing process with a polyurethane core that is continuously foamed-in-place between the outer and inner skins. An innovative thermal break keeps the interior skin at room temperature, preventing condensation and frost and helping to resist corrosion.

Insulated Sectional Steel Doors Thermospan®
Model 200
Wayne Dalton Thermospan® Model 200 provides premium thermal efficiency and low maintenance costs, resulting in a door that costs less to own. Continuous foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and a non-conductive thermal break between the inner and outer skins combine to provide a U-value* of .057 and an R-value* of 17.50.

Non-Insulated Sectional Steel Doors
Model 2411
Wayne Dalton’s Model 2411 is a strong and visually appealing sectional steel door for moderate commercial applications and is available in a variety of sizes to fit most door openings. This sectional steel door features an embossed exterior skin with a stucco finish to enhance the door’s appearance. C-shaped vertical stiles on the door’s interior provide added strength and allow a quick, secure hinge attachment. It also features end stiles that wrap around the exterior of each section to protect the section face from wear caused by the door jambs.
Model 2411’s exterior ribbing consists of two deep and four shallow ribs in each section, making it ideal for moderate use. The bottom section features a vinyl bulb-shaped astragal, held by a roll-formed, hot-dipped galvanized steel retainer. Optional insulation consists of 1-5/16″ expanded polystyrene which provides an R-value* of up to 7.64 and a U-value as low as 0.13.
